TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• By registering for the conference/training, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions, which may be modified by us from time to time and available below here.


• Registration Fees / Payment:
  • All registrations and payments for the conference/training happen via Eventbrite.
  • We are using a 100% advance payment model for registration.
  • All rates are inclusive of VAT.
  • Additional payment gateway charges are applicable.
  • Costs for travel and overnight accommodation are not included in the ticket fee. The participants are responsible for reserving and paying for these expenses themselves.
  • Hardwear.io has the right to refuse an attendee to attend the conference/training if the payment has not been completed before the start of the event.


• Discount On Group Registrations:
  • If you are 3 or more individuals from the same organization registering for the conference/training you are eligible for a Group Discount Code. The group discount applies to both training and conference tickets. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive a discount coupon code. Please note, that if you have already registered and paid for the event; you are no longer eligible for the group discount code.
  • An individual is only eligible for one discount code via Group Registrations or Promotional Discount (which may be provided through our marketing email, social media platforms, or community partners during a specific campaign). Applying multiple discount codes while registering for the conference/training is prohibited.


• Cancellation policy:
  All hardwear.io training & conference tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, please email us at [email protected] with an attached event ticket, and the name, and email ID of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.
  
  
  • What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19?
    In case government regulations do not allow us to hold the event in person, we will contact you over the provided email address. Trainings will then be carried out online. Conference tickets (Student / Individual / Corporate Investment Tickets) will be refundable or considered for Hardwear.io 2025. Please note, that tickets are refundable, if and only if, the conference cannot be organized in person due to local government regulations.) • Subject To Training Change / Cancellation:
  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program such as time or location. These changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participant.
  • Hardwear.io reserves the right to cancel any particular training in case of insufficient number of registrations, changes in availability of trainers, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event impossible and/or not worthwhile.
  • If Hardwear.io is required to make any such necessary changes, the same shall be notified to registered attendees over their provided email addresses two weeks prior to the actual date.


• Attendees' Responsibility:
  • Participants are responsible for their own health, and medical conditions during the conference with regards to food allergies, climate conditions, and engaging with the crowd.
  • Each participant is liable for the safety of their own items and belongings; and prevention from theft or damage.


• E-Certificate Of Attendance:
  • A training e-certificate of attendance is issued to each participant following the event, if and only if, they fill in the feedback form provided by Hardwear.io at the end of the training sessions.
  • A conference e-certificate of attendance is issued to each participant, if and only if, they request this e-certificate by sending an email to [email protected].
  • Please note all e-certificates will be sent to participants on the provided email address as a printable signed PDF. We only share digital certificates and not printed ones.


• Privacy Policy:
  • By registering for an event, the participant grants the organizer the right to save and process their personal data (comprising name, telephone and electronic contact info, business/billing address). The data is used for accounting and billing purposes, as well as for informing the participant about future events and activities.
  • The training attendees might be contacted by the organizer or the trainer to share any additional information such as (but not limited to) the training, instructions about tools/kits, and classes.
