Speaker Bio:

Dr. Junfeng Fan is the founder and CEO of Open Security Research (OSR). He obtained his PhD in 2012 from the COSIC research group of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), Belgium. His main research interests are in the area of implementation of cryptography. He has worked on secure and efficient implementations of both PKC and SKC, and participated in the design of EMVCo-certified smart card chips.

In 2014, he founded OSR, a research company that is committed to brining secure crypto modules to the connected devices. In 2013, He co-founded the PANDA (Physical Attacks and Design Attestation) workshop, a leading hardware security workshop in China.
